2016: State of Open Source Sysadmin ToolsSpeaker: Daniel Paulus AbstractIn the past years there where tools introduced that help with common sysadmin tasks. The daily operations team at Inuits, which is spread out over several countries, is using several of those to support our customers and internal infrastructure. This talk will focus on some open source alternatives on commonly used enterprise tools used for security, monitoring and logging and show how you can successfully implement/use them for fun and profit. Some tools that we will cover are Packetbeat, ELK stack, Pakiti, Icinga, Foreman, Serverspec and Jenkins.
